Delete your account and data

Grip lets you permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

Option 1 - Delete in the app

Open the Grip app and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete Account.
Re-authenticate to confirm your identity, then confirm deletion.

Your data is deleted immediately and permanently and cannot be recovered.

Option 2 - Request by email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and complete the deletion.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data from Grip, including:

Your account and profile
Your messages and conversations
Your friend connections
Your saved calendar events and tee-time activity
Your notification settings and device tokens

Deletion is immediate and permanent. We retain only records we are legally required to keep (for example, limited transaction records where applicable).
